COURSE FEES: If you have YMCA ACCESS CODES please register and pay the course fee. After class, contact us for the YMCA GRANT REFUND submission form.

ALL IN-PERSON CPR-AED & FIRST AID COURSE: $70.00
• Includes adult, child and infant CPR-AED & Basic and Pediatric First Aid.
• Also includes the prevention and treatment of anaphylaxis, and the emergency use of epinephrine auto-injectors for Childcare providers.

BLENDED LEARNING/HYBRID CPR-AED & FIRST AID COURSE: $85.00
• Course is taught part online and part in-person.
• Fee includes BOTH the online course (part 1) and the hands-on session (part 2).
• Includes adult, child and infant CPR-AED & Basic and Pediatric First Aid.
• Not covered by YMCA training grant.
• Available in ENGLISH ONLY. Not available for students who need translators.
• Technical requirements for online courses

COURSES ARE:

• EMSA Approved for California Community Care Licensing requirements
• OSHA Compliant for general workplace safety
• USCG STCW Approved for Captain’s license
• American Heart Association certification is available upon request, but may incur an additional fee.

IMPORTANT UPDATE for CHILDCARE providers: Click to review the CDSS webinar on Assembly Bill 150 Early Care and Education. Beginning October 1, 2027, ALL staff who provide childcare in centers and family childcare homes must complete the 16-hour childcare training requirement, including Pediatric First Aid, Pediatric CPR, and Preventive Health & Safety training.

NOTE: All refunds for ANY cancelled class for ANY reason will incur a 5% processing fee. This is due to the increasing card processing fees.

Minimum age requirement to take this class is 16 years old. Students 16-17-years old must attend with a registered, paid adult. 1 child per adult.
